For this project, my team and I worked on developing a full-scale marketing strategy and omni-channel campaign for El Bagel. The campaign combined market research, consumer insights, and competitive analysis to evaluate the brand’s current positioning and identify opportunities for growth. My team conducted survey research, social listening, PESTLE analysis, and a full assessment of El Bagel’s marketing mix, including product, pricing, promotions, and digital presence.
Building off these insights, we created a new product introduction supported by a fully integrated omnichannel campaign. The project included customer personas, journey mapping, a creative brief, social media and digital advertising concepts, influencer strategy, in-store activations, email marketing, and a media plan designed to strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement within the Coconut Grove market.
